Are you insured?

Yes, Andrew McKenna Photography is fully insured with Public Liability & Professional Indemnity.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of £100 is required and will come off the total price. I will require the remainder paid one week before the wedding.

Can you hold my date?

I work on a first come, first serve basis, your date is not secure until you pay the £100 deposit.

Can we meet you in person?

Yes, I like to meet all my clients either in person or through a Skype meeting if we cant meet in person.

Where are you based?

I live, work and play in Newcastle, County Down, where the Mountains of Mourne sweep down to the sea. 

Can we cancel our booking?

Yes you can, however the deposit of £100 is non-refundable, any further money paid will be fully refunded depedning on contractual details.

How long do you stay?

Thats entirely up to you, on a full days coverage we are there from the getting ready in the morning until you have your meal or start dancing.

Do we have to feed you?

Only on the Full Day Package! On a full days coverage Matt and myself work a long day and we are both foodies, a simple meal at the bar would be suffice to recharge. 

Do you take group photos?

Yes totally! We try to keep these to a small amount though, the focus is on natural non-posing photos, we will be capturing you and your guests naturally all day, these are the best photos. 

How many photographs will we receive? 

On a Full Day Package Tons, with two photographers capturing your day you will typically receive a minimum of 600, but than can usually be a lot more.

How long before we receive our photographs?

Normally your photo's will be edited and ready 8-12 weeks after your wedding, however sometimes this can be longer during the busy season. (May -Sept).

How do we access our photographs?

Online private Gallery with access to print options.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel within Northern Ireland is included in price. However if your wedding is in ROI or mainland UK I may charge for travel. These costs will be confirmed at the wedding consultation. I try my best to keep these costs to a minimum.

Do we have to take a photobook?

You do not have to take a photobook, I do offer premium quality photobooks, we can discuss this further over a coffee. Some couples like to make their own. There is absolutley no obligation to purchase one.

Who will be photographing our wedding?

Myself and Matt will photograph your wedding, should Matt be unavailable I have other assistants at the ready to photograph your wedding.

How can we pay you?

Bank transfer, Credit Card, PAYPAL or good old solid cash.
